When I feel like cooking

I don’t always cook a proper meal when hubby is not around, it’s too much work to cook up a storm just for one person.:-)

But, the other day, I find enough ingredients in the refrigerator to cook 3 dishes, so I decided to cook a nice meal for myself.

The down side is, I have to eat this same things for 3-4 meals. (I still have a little bit of left over of the bitter gourd in the refrigerator!) My meals usually are simple stir fry, soup, stew and healthy grilling. Though living alone, I prefer homecooked meals than eating out. You simply can’t control what additives they put into your food to make it tasty when you eat out, and I like to know what’s in my food!!
